Purpose Retreat
This retreat weekend can be a launching point for (or continuation of) a young person and their mentor. It is for any high school youth (by invitation of their youth minister, pastor, or DRE) who has encountered Jesus Christ, is striving to live the Christian life, and desires to go deeper in their faith by being accompanied by a mentor in the Catholic faith.
Summit
This Fall, in partnership with NET Ministries, we are offering 4 SUMMIT’s for Junior High Youth & their Families. SUMMIT seeks to accompany 6-8th graders and their families through an event that will provide opportunities for fellowship, worship, and encounter. The evening includes Mass, Snack & Fellowship, Activity, Worship & Adoration, Keynote, and Small Group Discussion.
Encounter
Encounter are gatherings that allow youth ministers to encounter Jesus Christ in adoration and to invite their teens to pray with them. This event, open to high schoolers, seeks to gather groups of disciples from across the Archdiocese for an evening of worship, a powerful testimony, Eucharistic adoration, confession, and accompaniment

Bio: I most recently was a member of the Youth Ministry team at the Jesuit Spiritual Center in Milford. In 2022, I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton with a BA in Religious Studies & Theology and a minor in Theatre, Dance, & Performance Technology. During my college years I worked as a liturgy intern and as a music minister in Campus Ministry, and as a summer missionary at Damascus Catholic Mission Campus.
A Little About Me: I'm originally from Rock Falls, IL. My parents still live there, and I have an older brother in Minneapolis. I love music and the arts. I'm a singer and a bassist, always finding opportunities to lead and participate in worship. I find a lot of life in the outdoors, particularly around water, and I have a deep love for liturgy, especially the Eucharist.
Favorite Saint: St. Joan of Arc and St. Padre Pio
Favorite Bible verse: “After this I had a vision of a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation, race, people, and tongue. They stood before the throne and before the Lamb, wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands. They cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation comes from our God, who is seated on the throne, and from the Lamb.” All the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They prostrated themselves before the throne, worshiped God, and exclaimed: “Amen. Blessing and glory, wisdom and thanksgiving, honor, power, and might be to our God forever and ever. Amen.” Then one of the elders spoke up and said to me, “Who are these wearing white robes, and where did they come from?” I said to him, “My lord, you are the one who knows.” He said to me, “These are the ones who have survived the time of great distress; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. “For this reason they stand before God’s throne and worship him day and night in his temple. The one who sits on the throne will shelter them. They will not hunger or thirst anymore, nor will the sun or any heat strike them. For the Lamb who is in the center of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to springs of life-giving water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”” Revelation 7:9-17
